Software, with a hand in it.
CLAj LABS is a self-funded venture studio. We build a small number of products we use ourselves, and we restore legacy systems for people who still care about them. Everything is documented in the open.

We restore before we rewrite.
Legacy software is treated the way a luthier treats an old instrument — diagnose first, preserve voice, repair what's broken, write down what changed.
III.
We work in public.
Notes, instruments, and white papers live here as they're written. The lab door is open while the experiments are running.

We ship for ourselves first.
